Review the design
We'll prepare design concepts for you to consider. You can ask questions and request refinements until the direction feels right.

Confirm production details
Before anything is made, we'll agree the metal, stones, dimensions, price and timing together in writing.

Collect your piece
Once your piece is ready, we'll arrange collection or delivery and talk you through caring for it.
